Landlords are great people, willing to work with tenants, neighborhood has progressed with better people moving in with much less foot traffic than previous years, slowly getting better neighbors! If looking to rent a space .. I suggest having an application on file and checking regularly, they always have a wait list for the next space available.

They NEVER answer the phone there. I left several messages and they didn’t return any of them either. I was trying to ask if they had any 26 ft spaces available, but they’re impossible to get ahold of.

Some the mobile homes are well kept, some need lots of TLC and a good scrubbing.
>Occasional disturbances among neighbors or visitors.
