Making this review as a vendor.
I own and operate a Dj and event planning company and we were hired by Karen at McCartys Bar to bring our Dj company to entertain on Halloween 2025. Working with other small businesses can have its challenges. I have experienced many such challenges over the years.

Not with Karen’s team of bar staff and employees. The communication was incredible. From planning the event, contract negotiations and the level of service and kindness from her team on the night of… astonishing. Absolutely seamless. They spoiled me and my team. Always asking if I needed anything. Helping with any trouble shooting. Etc. This team of women were just a joy to work with and I’d do it again, 7 days a week and twice on Sunday.

Also, I’m not sure I’ve had a better Key Lime dessert in my years alive. Just perfect.

Thanks again McCartys for having us. 10/10 would recommend to anyone to have their event there or contract for work as a vendor.

We just had our 30th high-school reunion on McCarty’s. Karen was a pleasure to work with. They not only had wonderful service, but a great venue, drinks, and fantastic catering. I highly recommend using this venue or even just popping in for a drink. Additionally, their food truck (Captain Deez) is great (I wish it was in Ukiah).
