We had our home constructed during COVID and had related issues with materials availability. The Matson crew adapted accordingly and worked diligently to complete the project. The two team members that did the majority of the work were excellent…easy going but meticulous craftsmen. The final product was superb and we are more than happy with our beautiful home.

It was great working with Chris Matson and his crew from Matson General Contracting. Chris’ patience and communication were commendable throughout the entire project. I am very pleased with every aspect of the work. I would definitely recommend Matson General Contracting to anyone needing such service.

Matson General Contractors, Inc. were contacted by us to do extensive repair work on a portion of our cement patio where the cement had failed after about 15 or 20 years. Chris, the owner of the company, arrived, when he said he would, examined the scope of the work to be done and submitted an estimate in short order. When the project got underway, he and his Foreman worked on and completed the project over the period of several days, were very conscientious and professional and the work they did is top notch. They left the work site clean and orderly and we are very pleased with the results. Communication was very good, as well. We recommend this company and would use them again should the need arise.

Chris Matson has done the construction work on my home for nearly twenty years. At this point, he and his crew are like family. I tend to get rattled whenever a project needs to be done. Chris’s calm and soothing demeanor always settles me. Whenever I turn a project over to him, the finished product far exceeds my expectations. He and Sonny are kind, patient, and have great senses of humor. Their work is meticulous and always turns out better than I imagined. I wholeheartedly recommend Matson General Contracting. They’re the best!

I had the pleasure of working with Chris and his amazing crew for second time on the remodel of our house! The first time they removed all carpet and did flooring!! Gorgeous work!! The second time, the house needed a lot of work and these guys did a fantastic job from beginning to end!!! They turned the place around into a completely different house! The time frame he gave us was right on the dot and everything was done beautifully!!!! I would work with Chris and his crew again without a doubt,!! Highly recommend!!
