Man, I really wanted to like this place because I like supporting small local businesses but it was just hard after we had, what was probably, the most disappointing breakfast experience of my life. It’s clear that the folks who work here/ ownership has no pride or love of food. I’ll will detail my experience below.
Mocha: High point of the trip here. At least they do coffee decently
Iced Chai: My wife got this, she reported was fine, a little watery.
Ginger lemon shot: Ok
Lemonade: Pre-made, watery, not iced, sad.
Ham, egg, and cheese croissant: Of the dishes we ordered, this was probably the most ok and still sad. Burnt croissant, void of flavor or moisture. The ham was questionable at best. Just 0 love.
Breakfast Burrito: I got the breakfast burrito. After coming in after a night of drinking I was hoping for something more well put together and satisfying. The only thing that saved this dish, in my opinion, is that they crisped the bacon really well. But other than that, it was pretty sad. I got like 2 potatoes, some eggs, and several mouth fulls of watery pico. The pico wasnt great, but it wasn’t awful either just disappointing that the two biggest bites I took was like 80 percent pico/ pico juice. If I wasnt so hungry, I would have just walked out on principle alone. Whats crazy is that, the burrito wasnt even the worst part of breakfast. Which leads me to the last and saddest thing.
The eggs Benedict: These ought to fully be removed from the menu. Their hollandaise sauce literally looked like scrambled eggs when it was served to us. Hollandaise needs to be smooth and creamy. Whoever was cooking today clearly had 0 idea what they were doing. Even an amateur could tell you that the benedict, especially the hollandaise, was absolutely substandard.
Atmosphere: Strangely cozy, strangely annoying and cluttered. If they paid attention to the small details like boxes on the counters etc, the atmosphere would feel less annoying. The back patio was charming if not a little cluttered.
Employees seemed fine, except that they dont know how to cook or deliberately sabotaged our meals.
I firmly believe that if this restaurant cares about its customers, they should minimize their food offerings. Focus on 5 food items that all untrained employees can make quickly, easily, and very well using decent to high quality ingredients and get rid of everything else (especially the dismal eggs benedict with the chunky hollandaise sauce!). Enforce closing and opening standards making sure the dining areas are clear of boxes and other clutter.
Hygiene: Zero!
She literally spread the hummos with her bare hands on the pita bread- not even with a spoon!
The guy took the order then directly started touching the food- no gloves- no hand washing.
Come here if you like tons of useless lettuce and almost no meat! Got the beef and lamb gyro, plus full Mediterranean salad. Effectively $40 and it only came with 3 thin slices of meat? What a joke! What is this? DO BETTER!
Thought I’d stop by this cute little café to grab a quick bite to eat. I ordered a pastrami sandwich, ham, sandwich, clam chowder, water, and Coke. Glistening rainbow like the customer service.

Stopped by for lunch and the service was great. The Jerry Garcia sandwich had good flavor, crunchy yet soft bread, and a generous amount of avocado.
