Honestly, this place was great. Had the carnitas tacos and they were perfect, it actually made my day. The salsa was super fresh too and the service was really quick, we didnt feel rushed at all. Definetly plan on going back.
The bean and cheese dip made with canned cheese sauce and that decided the whole thing was it’s supposed to be a mexican place come on. My friend got the chicken mole and it was actually pretty solid though a little sweet for my taste. I went with the carne asada tacos, nothing flashy but the meat was decent and the salsa had a good kick. They brought out chips and salsa without asking which i always appreciate, free stuff is a win. The place was busy on a saturday night but we got a table in like fifteen minutes without a reservation. I honestly didnt pay close attention to the bill so no idea if it was fair but the food hit the spot overall
We LOVE this family owned restaurant. The food is so delicious. My two favorites are the fish tacos and the grilled chicken salad. My husband loves the burritos. Their guacamole is very good. The restaurant is spotlessly clean, constantly maintained at a high level. The staff are friendly and great at their job. The prices are moderate making it affordable for a pleasant, local night out that doesn’t break the bank. It is located right off the 680 freeway with abundant nearby parking. This is a great place for families, couples, and groups. One year we had a family gathering there for 20. There is seating at their bar which has sports TV. There is also an outdoor patio area. Lastly, they make very good margaritas and will make them “blended” if you ask. Enjoy!
