Lia spent literal years working with us to find the perfect fit. We were looking for a very specific housing situation, with a complicated loan process involving multiple family members. Lia showed us dozens of houses over almost three years, and her enthusiasm, dedication, flexibility, and understanding never waivered. I never felt bad asking to see yet another house because she put us at ease every time we apologized for being such slow buyers, and she was always so patient and knowledgeable with all of our questions. She really understood our needs and kept an eye out for us.
