We’ve been ordering takeout and delivery regularly for the past several years. We have gotten incorrect items in the past, but the mistakes have been relatively minor like a different tortilla. Today I ordered a vegetarian burrito which came with “NO MEAT” written on the foil in large letters, so I was fairly confident that it would be fine even though the tortilla was wrong. Unfortunately, it contained meat and I didn’t notice until after the second bite. I have never eaten meat before and now I’m waiting to see if I get sick instead of having dinner.
We ordered through DoorDash so we got refunded, but this is the second time in a row I’ve gotten an incorrect order. I’m usually incredibly chill about small mistakes but given that the wrong orders have gotten worse over time, I no longer trust this place.

We used to be a regular but not anymore. They never get your order right, their chops are always over cooked and the portions have become very small while the price goes up.

Hello, good afternoon. I am currently at this restaurant and the experience has been terrible. The service is awful, the food tastes very bad, and the customer service from the cashier is extremely poor. She acts as if customers are asking for free food when we are actually paying for a product.
Honestly, this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a restaurant. Unfortunately, I have to give at least one star because Google requires it, but if it were up to me, I wouldn’t give even a single star.
The food has nothing to do with authentic Mexican food, and the prices are extremely high for such small portions and such low quality. Very disappointing. I definitely do not recommend this place.

I have been living in California for 18 years, with my husband on weekends we go to different areas and Los Altos is one of my favorites. We had lunch and stayed for coffee. Yesterday we tried this colorful place: The interior is very warm, there is order, the guys from the staff are very attentive and professional. I ordered chips and salsa and two salads and we sat outside on the wide terrace on the street to wait for the order, when I went to get it, what a pleasant surprise: the salads are huge, also delicious. It has many tables with umbrellas, the wifi is powerful and reaches well outside, by the way the key is Burritos =D the atmosphere was calm and the service was fast. It opens at 9:30 a.m. every day and from Sunday to Wednesday it closes at 8:00 a.m. Thursday to Saturday it closes at 8:30 p.m.
Surely on my next visit to Los Altos I will return to this place.
I highly recommend it.
Update:
Today we went for the second time for another great lunch with my husband, there were quite a few people in the line before me, finally a very nice guy took my order – Lulu chopped Salad al Pastor and Beef Taquitos- he told me that it would be ready in 10 minutes. As it was a short time I stayed inside the place and noticed that he took orders by phone too and they accumulated until there were so many that the delivery of our lunch took almost 40 minutes.
It’s a shame because the food is very tasty.

The place is clean and we’ll lit. Ordered the Pastor which they have noted on the menu board as a family recipe so I wanted to try it. It was great! The price was typical of a Taqueria. They have an assortment of drinks as well. Overall, this is a good place to get a tasty quick meal.
