We love going to different restaurants to try BBQ food when we travel to different cities/states/countries. Today we ordered beef ribs, briskets, pork ribs, French fries, cornbread and green salad. Overall, the qualify of BBQ food is okay. It’s not excellent and it’s not too bad. It’s just okay except corn bread which I will rank corn bread as good and delicious. Service was excellent. My family and I dined in. The restaurant uses plastic black plates and plastic sliver forks/utensils. It’s easy to clean but it makes a lot of wastes. Next time when I stop by Woodland, I’d not come here. I’ll explore other restaurants. Considering all the factors, I give this restaurant 3 out of 5 stars.
Awesome little spot! Juicy tender brisket. Spicy bbq sauce actually had kick. Definitely try the beans for your side. And my fav – southern style cornbread where it’s all nice and dense and savory
We heard Ludys had made a return so we had to go grab some food. I got the prime rib sandwich and it tastes pretty good! My wife (who loved the main St Ludys) got the pulled pork sandwich and ate about half. I tried it and we both agreed it did not taste as good as it used to. It seemed overcooked and the flavor was not great. She was definitely disappointed. Our kids got chicken strips and fries, no complaints from them. The portions are large and the staff were super friendly as well!!

Had the brisket sandwich and some fried pickles, both were delightful. Tried my friends beans, Mac n cheese, and tri tip and they were also great!
Everyone was very pleasant and attentive. Do not hesitate to stop in!

Haven’t had Ludy’s in years and it was excellent.
Sadly they were out of briskut but the tritip was excellent! The baby back ribs were good but the pork rib rack was superb.
The bbq beans, mac and cheese, and honey butter on corn bread so yummy, esp the honey butter! Food came out fast within 10 minutes.
Can’t wait to try their brisket and prime rib next time. Service was fantastic and you get a real homestyle vibe eating there. Enjoy!
