Nice, quiet, community. Feels much more like a neighborhood than a “mobile home park”. Regular visits from deer and wild turkeys are a bonus. The one fly in ointment is laundry room situation. Three washers, two not working and unplugged. Plumbing issues restrict flow so that 32 minute cycle actually takes an hour. Additionally the door is often not unlocked in morning. Result is driving six miles and spending twice as much to get laundry done.

Do not bother with this place and if you do be ready for court, It seems the court system knows about their dishonesty, so if you do have some issues, appeal and you will win! Be sure to order a “Title” if you purchase. because they won’t do so for you as they say they will, in hopes you forget so that they can easily kick you out of your home. Be sure to read about mobile home laws for your protection if moving here and expect trouble, as most have had with this park. It is rumored all over Lucerne and Nice how bad the managers do people, and then new managers take over but this place is investment owned. God Bless

Would just like to give out a big shout out to the new team at country club mobile home park. The new manager Kellen . And assistant manager Virginia. Are doing a fantastic job of keeping his place running smooth and keeping a tight ship. And to the maintenance crew Danny, and Anthony. You guys are on top of things. Great job guys. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who asked.

Quiet and quaint place to live. It’s easy to walk around the park and see all the improvements that have been going on! Beverly is always very busy working but willing to make time and explain a lot about the park and where it’s headed. Everybody respects everyone’s privacy and belongings. It’s away from the highway and near the mountains. 5 mins away from the lake! I love it here!
