Los Reyes is a really good place to eat if you’re in the mood for Tex-Mex. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and comfortable, making it a nice spot for a family dinner, celebrating a special occasion, or just enjoying a meal out. The restaurant has a lively energy without feeling too loud, and we’ve always enjoyed the overall dining experience.
The food leans more toward Tex-Mex than traditional Mexican cuisine, but they do a great job with it. Everything we’ve ordered has been flavorful, the portions are generous, and there’s a good variety on the menu so everyone can find something they like. The chips and salsa are always a great way to start the meal, and the entrees have consistently been satisfying.
The staff has always been friendly during our visits, and the service has been efficient even when the restaurant is busy.

A True Gem in Downtown Vacaville!
I’ve been going to Los Reyes since 2018, and it never disappoints. This family-owned spot in historic Town Square delivers authentic Mexican cuisine with fresh ingredients, generous portions, and that warm, welcoming vibe that makes you feel right at home.

The carne asada is perfectly grilled and flavorful, the street tacos are loaded and delicious, and don’t get me started on the enchiladas or fajitas – they’re always hot, sizzling fresh, and packed with taste. Their chips and salsa are addictive (those crispy chips disappear fast!), and the margaritas are strong and perfectly balanced. Happy hour is a steal, and the weekend champagne brunch is perfect for a relaxed morning with friends or family and my favorite.

The atmosphere is fantastic – beautiful patio (pet-friendly!), colorful décor, a full bar, and plenty of space for groups. Service is consistently friendly and attentive, even when it’s busy. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes.

If you’re in downtown Vacaville and craving great Mexican food, stop here. Los Reyes is the real deal – authentic, reliable, and always a great time with friends and family. Highly recommend!

The food was good. They forgot to make the burrito ‘wet’ after recommending at the time of ordering and when asking the waitress, she seemed like we didn’t order it that and did bring it back as it was ordered. She was nice, but we felt rushed to get in and out on our date since we had just started the appetizer when the main course arrived. We ordered 2 margaritas, which didn’t seem like they had any alcohol in them. I don’t usually drink alcohol and I didn’t feel anything from these drinks at all. We would eat here again, but maybe they were rushing people in and out? I’d recommend more of a lunch stop for quick service than a date night.
