Food delicious, server friendl.
It’s just very interesting they are not paying at each tables, customer has to walk to host table at the door, stand there pay from the host table.
Also be expect an extra “credit card charge” will be add on if you are paying with Credit card.
The restaurant wasn’t busy, with several empty tables, yet it took about 20 minutes before I was acknowledged. My drink order was forgotten, I was never served water while most other tables were, and I had difficulty getting the staff’s attention throughout my visit.
The food was okay, but I came to enjoy the FIFA match along with a good meal, and unfortunately the service fell short. I ended up leaving without finishing my food.
I genuinely enjoy supporting small businesses, which is why this is the first time I’ve left a less than a 4-star review. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.
Los Garcias is one of those places that reminds you why family-owned restaurants still matter. No gimmicks, no viral-food stunts, no 47-page menu. Just people who have been quietly serving great food for decades and absolutely crushing it.
My go-to is the carne asada plate, and it never misses. Anyone who eats Mexican food regularly knows carne asada can be either a home run or a heartbreak. Los Garcias keeps sending baseballs into the parking lot. The steak is tender, juicy, packed with flavor, and the rice and beans show up like reliable teammates every single time.
The service is friendly, the prices are fair, and yes, lunch can get busy. But that’s what happens when a restaurant has half the neighborhood thinking about carne asada before noon. If my stomach had a favorites list, Los Garcias would be pinned at the top.
Took a little while to get our food, but always a pleasant atmosphere and nice employees. Delicious food. Very welcoming. Never rushes you to get out even past Closing.

A relatively out of the way Mexican restaurant that you might pass up but they’re definitely worth a visit.
They are moving locations soon but still open here at the time of this review.
Their shrimp tacos are amazing, best I’ve had around town and while their fish tacos aren’t as good, they’re still solid.
The Chili Colorado was pretty good as well.
Overall good price point and good food, will visit again once they move locations.
