Was in gridley with my niece was going to eat at casa Lupe they were closed ? So me having a craving for refried beans I drove down the st came upon los Charros so I thought ok let’s try it . Only thing was the beans weren’t like pinto beans like I’m use to the color itself turned me off but the crispy tacos made up for it . I will go back next time I’m in gridley

My time spent at Los Churros Taqueria was disappointing due to the fact that the meat on my torta was lunch meat from Safeway. I could tell this because I have the same lunch meat in my fridge because I am fat. I was very disappointed because I was promised authentic Mexican food from their signs marked in the store. This was wrong for fact because I have made this exact sandwich at my house and I am white. This made me very sad. I was very excited, although I did really enjoy the atmosphere presented at Los Churros Taqueria. And the service was admirable even though they kind of looked at me like I was an outsider. But that’s just all part of the charm. I do not recommend the food here. Although if you do want to drink some beer I do recommend this place

Had a wonderful lunch with the wife at Los Charros Taqueria the other day in Gridley. The Molcajete was wonderful and tasty. The bowl could have been warmer. Extra cheese and just beef and chorizo was wonderful and to order. Wife got the asada tacos and the barria taco was on point. Love the salsa bar.
