Speaking with allstate…they lie…..one person said that my premium would be one thing. But the bill came out different. The past 5 years. They have increase my payment each year by 20 dollars. I have no accidents or any tickets on my records. I had 2 missed payment in the 5 years due to the costs of literally everything going up. The reasons they stated for the increase is due to people using their policies for what insurance is intented for. The representative person said, when I paid my last payment, it would be one thing, they never mentioned it would be more than 350. But now 1160 for 6 months. I don’t understand why I was told one thing that I would be able to budget for, then another is sent to me. Why did allstate lie? It. To increase the payments each renewal when your being a good driver on the road.
