They didn’t seem like they really wanted to help us with problems we were have with a property management place that collects rent from people’s in mobile homes park. Didn’t want to meet to explain problem at beginning which made things more confusing when you can’t explain the situation. Seemed very offish and wasn’t wanting to really do anything to help us. And in the end they didn’t . 20 years ago here in Ukiah legal aid was extremely helpful. This time the wasn’t helpful at all and they could have been. They just chose not to. Pathetic is all I can say.
