It is really sad that after 20+ years of being a client I’m leaving such a horrible review but I’d strongly advise to steer clear of Leavitt. Insurance is nothing to mess around (I have Auto, Home, Umbrella policies) and when it takes their incompetent person almost 3 months to add and remove a vehicle (and she still didn’t get it done) its time to find another company. I got a laundry list of excuses from her which I’m not going to go into here but it was comical… but basically “she was just too busy”. I have since moved my stuff to Redwood Credit Union Ins. Services and they’ve been amazing picking up where Leavitt dripped the ball MONTHS AGO.
