I have stayed here for years. When I was checking in for my room, after I paid for my room and giving my card for incidentals is normal, they front desk person say oh yeah, I charged you for parking. Key word “charged”. I ask why would you do that? He replied we always do that. I said not in the last 5+ years I have been staying here. I also notice they have the Red Tag from the health department that closed the food side of things. I did plan to have the breakfast that also has always been served in the mornings. So I paid for a breakfast I can’t get and they charge me for parking then afterwards tell me they charged for parking. I feel this is not ok or acceptable! If I would have known BEFORE I booked the room and then gave my card for the incidentals. I could have made a decision whether or not to stay there. This has left a very bad experience in my opinion. I also asked the night clerk to have the manager call me. I never heard from them. I feel as though this is fraud. Be careful when you stay here!

Also, I have mention to them (last year) of the tile roof have loose tiles that may fall and potentially hurt someone. When I arrived, it is still there. I believe this hotel is not worth going to.

The elevator permit is expired .. expired in June of 2025
Carpets are filthy. My sink was dirty with hair when I checked in. No one cleaned room while I was out and u have to go get your own towels. I’m soooo upset and disappointed

It was a great home away from home. We were there a week for a wedding with all wedding guests staying there. I highly recommend it. Quiet, comfortable, 1 BR with king size bed, hide-a-bed in LR, full furnished kitchen, full size fridge and microwave, 2 burner stove, and small dishwasher. Great value

We have frequented this upscale hotel many times over the years. We booked a two-day stay, only to be surprised to find that breakfast service had been discontinued following recent renovations not as what it’s on the site of the hotel free breakfast ( No Breakfast) . Upon returning on Saturday evening, I asked the receptionist why dishwashing liquid, which used to be readily available in the kitchen cabinets, was missing; he replied that he didn’t know and suggested I ask about it in the morning. I also asked if they provided shower caps, to which he responded that the hotel had never offered them, nor did they do so now. When I asked if I could request a disposable toothbrush—as we had done in the past, he again stated that they had never provided such items and did not do so now. I urge the management to question the staff member on duty regarding the issues I raised when I visited the front desk at 8:00 PM on Saturday, June 13, 2026. I offer this feedback with the utmost respect and appreciation for this wonderful hotel, where we are proud to be guests

Several family members stayed here in several rooms for a weekend wedding event on the first weekend in May, 2026.
Positives: The rooms were very spacious and were very clean, both the regular studio suites and the one-bedroom suites. The televisions appeared to be fairly new and operated well. Comfortable mattresses. Closets were good-sized.
Daytime and early morning front desk attendants were kind and accommodating.
This property was extremely convenient in location to all of our activities for the weekend. It is located in a desirable area in Campbell and has easy access to shopping, restaurants, businesses, local attractions, routes to many urban or outlying areas and multiple major freeways and expressways.

Negatives: All furnishings, couch, chairs, lamps, tables, window coverings and flooring were very worn. There were a few stains on the couches and chairs, the carpeting felt “greasy” to walk on in bare feet and the kitchen and bathroom tile floors seemed to be slanted and/or loose. The kitchen appliances were quite outdated, in particular the coffeemaker and refrigerator. There were no screens on our second and third floor windows, and it took brute force to open those windows at all.
We had to forcibly shove the room door open with our shoulders after the cardlock opened – it appeared to have been damaged at some point but apparently never repaired or replaced.
The tub/shower and sinks, though quite clean, had multiple chips that had been covered up. There were no fans in the bathrooms. The tub faucet dripped constantly, and the toilet did not flush properly.
The lighting in all areas (living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen) was very poor, especially in the bathrooms.
In at least one case, the in-room telephone did not work.
The front desk attendant in the evenings was not personable at all, did not smile or greet us, we even had to ring the bell seven times to get them to come out from the back to check one of us in at 7pm on Saturday evening. They seemed to struggle to find our reservations as well.
The lobby seating area is described on the hotel website as being “a welcoming, living room style” area… it was on the small side and was composed mostly of round tables with chairs.
