They did the warranty work on my Maytag washer. Excellent experience, friendly over the phone, got me scheduled within a week, technician was in and out in 10min. Great people, they’ll be my go-to from here on out.

These guys are wonderful they went above and beyond just dropping off the load. They delivered washer and dryer set, set it up , helped her clean up under the old one , even showed my grandma how to use it. They were so thoughtful and patient with her it was a great sight to see. I would 100%recommend buying your appliances from here the customer service is amazing!!! Thanks for all your help !!

They have great products, customer service, pricing, and policies.
One time we needed service on a used washing machine we bought from them, and the techs were professional, quick, and tidy. The issue was simple and they resolved it very quickly.
Everything is working great, and looking great, and we couldn’t be happier!

We came to Lakeside Appliance to buy our very first brand new washer and dryer! We always had old used ones. The customer service is AMAZING! Ryan was very thorough in explaining everything to help us make the right decision for what we need. I was surprised how much we didn’t know. He also wasnt trying to upsell us. You could tell he was educating us and not just trying to get the most money out of us, which i appreciate ALOT! I ask alot of questions and not once did he make me feel annoying like other places have in the past. The guy who delivered it, Bruce, was also super amazing! He was very thorough in making sure everything worked properly before leaving, and he explained even more to me so I truly understood how these machines work. He gave me alot of pointers too. I also have a 4 year old who kept wanting to get in the way, and Bruce was very patient with her and very nice. (I got her out of the way don’t worry lol) He was very friendly and overall this was an amazing experience. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. ALSO the price was WAY better than anywhere else we looked !!!! I would give 10 stars if I could! I could say even more, but I don’t want to make this review tooooo long lol
