I ordered $200 wroth of carnitas. I brought in my cooler . the day of my event i picked up my carnitas. I started to to serve the food and my party guest keep saying the carnitas were bad i tasted them and they were spoiled so embarrassing and the thought of possible food poisoning to my family and friends.. i went back to perlas market and they were sorry they gaved me $200 pounds of meat for a grill out. i never went back not even to pick up my cooler. the owners were nice tho but i wish the store has better quality food like veggies.

I have been going to this carniceria for over 15 years. Daniel is always so friendly and welcoming. We buy uncooked carne asada and chicken and they will marinade it for us and we take it home to grill it. Their homemade salsa and tortillas are fantastic.

They have alot of Hispanic Specialties.From the meat to Masa for tamales.Vegatables.Great desserts rice pudding and flan one of my favorites.The healthy fruit popcicles !! Watermelon yum!! Oh yes, the make corn& flour tortillas on the spot.Get their early they tend to sell out , they are delicious❗❗ They also have a mini latin pharmacy, homeopathic alternative style.Ask ,they try to help whatever ails you❗❗

The food is actually next door at El Figon. I believe the two businesses are related. La Perla sells meats to grill. Bummer as I’m really looking forward to that chorizo burrito but have to wait for 10 am opening.
