The best Mexican food I’ve had in Humboldt. It’s California so of course it’s a little pricey but there’s only about 4 places out here that season their food and this is one of them so I’m willing to pay for the convenience. Got the fish and shrimp tacos with rice and beans. Bussin

Hands down some of the best quesabirria tacos in Humbodlt! Shells are crunchy and not overly greasy like every other Mexican restaurant/truck in county. The consume is absolutely dialed in. One of the best parts, they actually give plenty of consume. Nothing worse than getting mediocre consume and then they barely give you enough to dip 3 tacos in. Highly recommend at Friday night market. I’ll be back. Thank you guys.

I’ve been slowly working my way through the menu and can genuinely say I have loved every single dish I’ve eaten! The birria is DELICIOUS, the mole is complex and tasty, and I NEVER skip on the cucumber lime agua fresca if they haven’t sold out. The customer service has been superb, definitely my favorite Mexican food in Humboldt!

Everything you want from a Mexican taco truck. Delicious food, good service, quick, friendly. Mole enchiladas were bangin. Carmel churros were really good. Good wise menu too. Lot of options.

I am convinced that it’s impossible to order something here that is not good. I’ve tried most things on the menu and everything is so delicious and the people who work here are so kind and friendly. It’s a staple! The shrimp burrito is probably my top favorite, asada fries are bomb, torta is great, birria tacos are delicious, chile relleno plate is good, Cali burrito is also great sauce is HOT so get it on the side if you need but it’s tasty. Their guac is also super fresh!
