First impression was definitely not something you would want as a first time customer. The girl with pink or red in her hair was not very pleasant. She seemed annoyed as soon as I walked in. When she told me where to sit she gave me a menu and asked what I want to drink without giving any time to look at the menu so naturally I ask what kinds of aguas fresas they have and she did not respond. Instead she looked at me even more annoyed so that’s when I flipped the menu to look at the drinks since she obviously didn’t want to inform me of the aguas fresas they offer. After this she just walks away and a different young lady ended up taking the order and bringing out the food. The vibe completely changed due to this young lady with great customer service. I debated leaving without purchasing anything when the first girl was helping due to how rude she was but I decided to stay after the second girl took over. I hope the tip only went to the second girl! Just a piece of advice maybe coach your servers and remind them that simply having a smile and greeting will definitely change the first impressions. Also if a customer asks a question and you just stare at them that is very disrespectful. Don’t know if I would be back due to the 2 types of treatments I received…

Great tasting red posole and steak fajitas. I ordered my food to go and they included all and then some of the toppings I needed for both orders. McDonald’s could really take some notes from these people in terms of making sure everything you need is in the bag. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was and will return.
