The food here is amazing. Fish tacos are a standout. These two tacos are a meal! You will not be hungry when you leave. Service is fast and friendly, and they have beers you’re not going to find anywhere else around here. If you want to try cervezas from Nicaragua, Honduras, & El Salvador, this is the spot!

I didn’t get to try the food, and I probably never will be back. The man behind the counter refused to sell us a single bottle of mexican coke without opening the lid. We explained the the coke was for someone else, and it needed to be sealed. He refused to give us a sealed one saying that it was against California law, which is confusing since we weren’t purchasing alcohol. How in the world do they handle takeout orders? Based on that interaction, I will never return.

The new owners are great! The birria tacos and consome were a hit. The consome wasn’t watery or oily. It was reduced, thicker than usual and full of flavor. The pupusas were delicious also, the lorocco is always my favorite. Quality cheese is a must. Got the tamales to go, can’t wait to make breakfast tamales in the morning.

Get the fried corn tamales in addition to whatever you order.
Vegan vegetarian friendly. The owners are super nice and the food is incredible. Big portions and outside seating too!
