I have ate many meals at La Corona but not in the last year. What is going on with the chili rellano? They used to be my favorite dish there but the one I recieved tonight was so bland. Usually there is a sauce of some sort on top but the one I recieved just had cheese on top. It was flavorless and disappointing. Cmon La Corona, dont mess up the chili rellano! I heard there is new owner so maybe they just havent perfected it yet. I will try again in a month or so.

We stopped on our way south, from Portland to Tijuana, to watch the Mexico v. England World Cup game. Ordered the 7 Mares soup with hand made corn tortillas, and it was really good. They close at 7pm, and at 7:15 the game was still going and we asked if they knew somewhere else to watch the rest. They said we could stay there til it ended, even if it went into overtime. Super friendly and really delicious food! Also they just got their liquor license, so we were able to enjoy some ice cold beers as well!

BEST OVERALL MEXICAN FOOD IN TOWN! We love La Corona, have been going there for years. They are Family owned, and they are the sweetest people with great customer service. Our family favorites are the Fish Tacos, Breakfast Burritos, Carnitas Tostada, the Fajitas, and the ground beef enchiladas! I could go on and on, its all good! Highly recommend!

I love this restaurant..I know its a lil outdated but they have the best Mexican food in RedBluff area ( and I’ve tried a few). The shredded beef and carne asada tacos as well as breakfast are all delicious..The salsa and chips are always so fresh and scrumptious..Staff are always ready to serve and so nice.Prices are very decent for the quality of food.

The food was amazing. portions are huge. My two youngest got a grilled cheese sandwich with french fries split in half. We had a large group so we made a reservation. I would recommend if you have over 6 people making a reservation so they can have time to get the tables ready.
The waitress was very busy, and she still checked on us regularly. We didn’t wait long for our food to arrive at the table and it all came out together. The presentation of the dishes were well done. Everything not only looked good but tasted good. I would suggest making this a spot to stop relax and have a nice authentic meal.
