This spot has become my go‑to ramen place in Humboldt. The menu isn’t huge, but it nails the essentials, exactly what a ramen shop should do. The vegetarian ramen is outstanding and keeps me coming back. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and clearly proud of what they serve. The outside area can be a bit worrisome at times, but once you step inside, the vibe and the food make it easy to forget. Truly the best ramen experience around.
Overall experience and food was great. The initial wait was a little long to get the food ordered but only because waiter was the only one serving tables initially. But after another lady came in, everything was impeccable.
Got the Tonkatsu ramen – amazing.
Wife got the vegetable ramen – also amazing.
6 year old son ate an entire bowl of miso ramen – amazing for many reasons.
2 year old daughter ate 3 vegetable gyozas and many spoonfuls of my ramen – very amazing.
Oh not to mention the chicken karage was cooked on point. Juicy and tender. Kids chomped them down in seconds.
Overall, ambience is great and food is utterly delectable.
BEST ramen I’ve had in many years, and I eat at ramen shops often! Pure perfection. Had the Shoyu Ramen (extra spicy addition was JUST right) and pork gyoza. Cannot over-emphasize what a lovely dining experience this was, solo or with a group! Don’t miss it!
Decent ramen, though the broth lacked the flavor of many hours of boil. Spicy Tan Tan Ramen had heat, the noodles chewy. Cucumber Salad and Seaweed Salad both good appetizers.
A stylishly hip interior and a beautiful mural to draw you in from colorful Opera Alley. Young clientele, friendly serving staff.
Well-worth a visit when in Eureka, a noteworthy option considering the great distance from a major metropolitan center.

Great ramen spot for a late night bite. One of the only places in town open past 9 on a Saturday and a treat anytime.
The curry and chicken was great and hot the spot. Never had a bad meal here.
