My friend and I took our daughters out for a sushi lunch. We had an outstanding time.
The sushi was top notch, everything appeared to be fresh, the presentation was beautiful, each sushi roll tasted amazing. Our favorites of the lunch hour were the Zombie roll and the Golden Dragon.
Our daughters felt incredibly special during this lunch hour, they had just come from a field trip and this was the first lunch that they had gotten to have together.
Took the service was great. Our glasses were never empty (water and iced tea). He always made sure that everything was up to our liking.

The hubby and I ate here for the first time in February 28, 2026. The food was mouth watering and very delicious. The service was professional, courteous, attentive and friendly. Our waitress was Rain made sure our experience was a great one.

We will definitely be returning and highly recommend if you’re looking for a great sushi and teppanyaki restaurant. It did not disappoint!

    Awesome experience! Great food!
If you get Louise as your chef, you are in for a treat. He was funny and skilled. We had so much fun watching him. The food was a little expensive, but totally worth it. The other servers were also very attentive and quick to get us anything we asked for.
I wish I could afford to go there more often but it was an experience to remember.
    Thank you Louise!

A dining experience reminiscent of Benihana, — well-trained chefs grill up teppanyaki orders in front of diners, with more than a few noteworthy tricks. Starting with a massive flame, eggs are juggled with spatulas, vegetables are flung into diners’ mouths.

While entertaining, the teppanyaki dishes are heavy on butter and doused with a little too much sweet sauce. The sushi, however, was more than decent and quite expertly prepared — a happy surprise considering the distance from both sea and big city.

Overall, a good option when seeking Japanese flavors in Redding — characterized more by its comforting nature than as a high cuisine.

We came out here for my parents 40 year anniversary since this area is nicer and quieter than the bay area. The sushi was pretty good but the steaks were pretty bland. It felt like they had little to no seasoning and the meat didn’t pack enough flavor on its own. Besides that the place was nice and maybe ill try the whole sushi menu but I do hope they add some seasoning to the steaks in the future.
