I can’t say enough good things about Kimwood Ranch. The property is beautiful and the staff are amazing. Natalie handled everything so effortlessly and put my mind at ease that everything would be perfect for my daughter’s wedding and it was. She worked with us on every little detail. The flower arrangements she put together were stunning. The two houses on the property were so welcoming and the views are breathtaking. The bridal party stayed in both houses the first night and then one house (overlooking the valley) became the wedding night suite and the other was used for family. Having breakfast in the sunroom the next morning was so relaxing. What a great way to end the weekend. We have received so many compliments on what a great venue and event it was.

Kimwood Ranch is truly a magical place to celebrate a wedding! We had the incredible experience of having both of our sons get married here—one in the fall and one in the spring—and each wedding was absolutely beautiful and unforgettable.
The gorgeous country setting and stunning property provide the perfect backdrop for a wedding. The open barn transforms into the most beautiful, magical reception space, while the ceremony overlooking the picturesque hills is simply breathtaking.
A very special thank-you goes to Natalie, the wedding coordinator, who was a consummate professional from start to finish. She went above and beyond to bring the wedding vision and inspiration to life, paying attention to every detail and making sure everything ran smoothly. Because of her care and expertise, we were able to relax and truly enjoy these incredibly special days with our families.
Having the use of the two houses on the property was another wonderful feature. They were perfect for the night before the weddings and provided beautiful, comfortable spaces for the bridal party and groomsmen to get ready on the big day.
After experiencing Kimwood Ranch twice, in two different seasons, we can honestly say that we cannot recommend it highly enough. The setting is gorgeous, the venue is truly special, and the people make the experience exceptional. Kimwood Ranch holds a very special place in our hearts!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the task of choosing a venue, let me make it easy for you. Kimwood ranch is the answer. My husband and I toured the venue about a year before our wedding and fell in love the the natural beauty of the area as well as the two houses on property for you and your bridal party/family to stay in. The family who owns the property has so clearly devoted countless hours of work to ensure every detail of the property is perfect. Natalie is the coordinator and we truly couldn’t imagine having pulled off our wedding without her. From the many phone calls, text messages, and zoom meeting in the months leading up to our wedding to help double check vendor contracts, build timelines, go over to do lists, and really understand what our vision was to the weekend of our wedding Natalie was incredible. Her and her team were on site as soon as we arrived to help unload everything and go over rehearsal stuff. The next morning she was back bright and early to make sure our big day went perfectly. They set up and packed up EVERYTHING! We had a dilemma with the flower arrangements and Natalie assured me she would handle it and she went above and beyond to create the most beautiful arrangement for our ceremony. As soon as anything was out of place, or I had a question about something all I had to do was look at Natalie and she was immediately by my side ready to take care of anything that I needed. The entire kimwood ranch team is incredible, I could not recommend them more. The property is so beautiful, you get it for the whole weekend, and unlimited support from the staff. Check the first big decision off your list, and reserve this venue now. I’m sure as more people find out about this hidden gem, it will become harder to secure your preferred date. Having our wedding at Kimwood Ranch was one of the best decisions we’ve made as a couple. The folks at this ranch really took such good care of us not only during our wedding weekend but months way ahead leading up to it too. Natalie is a star, her and the team as well as the family that owns the ranch, went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up the way we hoped and covered all the little details which made us feel so comfortable and stress-free day of. Plus the property itself is absolutely stunning! There are plenty of gorgeous spots to take pictures, the homes for our direct families were so spacious and serene – we absolutely adored the vintage style too. We were a little worried about the site being moreso remote despite that also being why we liked it, but camping made it so much easier for us and our guests had so much fun too. We weren’t the type of couple looking for a farm style wedding though, more of a backyard, bespoke or pinterest-y vibe but they totally helped us pull it off. Everything felt perfect, thank you Kimwood Ranch!!!
