Dr Elward took her time with me and was very thorough in her assessment of my dental issues. Really liked her style and the staff was also very professional, friendly and efficient. It was my first visit here and definitely would recommend.

If I just rated Mary Kay who cleaned my teeth this would easily be 5 stars. She was absolutely fantastic. However, I really like Dr. Elward, she’s kind and has been thorough in the past but today she spent less than 5 minutes with me, and I felt rushed and unable to ask my questions. She said she needed to get to a staff birthday party. I drove 1 1/2 hour for that appointment but I felt dismissed and unvalued as a patient. But I do believe it was a one off in this case, I feel Dr. Elward does genuinely care about her patients despite this. If I could the receptionist at the front desk it would be -5 stars, very rude person should not be dealing with the public.

My cleaning appointment with Ashley was the most comfortable appointment I’ve ever experienced. Also, it’s the cleanest my teeth have ever been. I highly recommend going to see Ashley for your dental cleanings!

This was my first visit to Dr Kelly Elward DDS. I was very pleased with everyone on the staff. They were pleasant, welcoming and courteous. Dr Elward spent time getting to know me and my history. A bonus is the office was easy to get to and has a parking lot.
