Been shopping at this toy store for years. Today the gentleman working around 3pm was rude to my friend who was shopping for students in Her class. I had bought squishes for my own purchase that was separate from hers. The gentleman walked over and told my friend there was a limit of 4 per person (which she had not made. purchase yet nor was there any signs indicating that rule). When she said she was shopping for her class with only 4 in her hand, the man rudely told her “thats what everyone says and walked away. She works with the elementary schools for the special needs kids. She wanted to buy some for her autistic kids in her class. She was even going to purchase other toys her daughter picked out but the man was rude so she felt she had to leave. I understand limiting to make it fair, but her purchase was separate from mine and we had not even reached said “limit”. Highly disappointed in a store we loved. The man at least could have been kinder and even asked her about what kids she worked for cuz it could have been a whe different situation. She has been looking for similar needoh squishes for her students but super sad to see she couldn’t do something nice . Not sure if the man is the owner but hope he sees this. She could have proven easily the students she works for.

The owner and employees are all so kind! Such amazing service. My daughter found exactly what she was looking for as a birthday present for a friend and they even offered to wrap it. We love this store.

I stopped by Kaleidoscope Toys yesterday for the first time. They have alot of the classic type toys I used to see as a child. The store is very organized by different age groups. The owner of this store knows by experience, what will make a child happy.
