Absolutely love this gorgeous spot! Decending steps that open up to a panorama of cliffs, and a great inlet where the river also runs out so its great for swimming for kids. 2 separate trails, one ocean side that is absolutely breathtaking and another through a wooded area by the bridge. Super cool vibe! Not alot of parking/Port a John in parking lot

This park offers several hikes and beach access. They have put a lot of work into a great walking trail that takes you out to the headlands. They have created a nice wide path that is level and packed with dg so it is easily walkable and even wheelchair accessible.
There is a trail that takes you down to a flight of nice, secure stairs they call the ecological stair case. The stairs are built out with hand rails and platforms in between sets of stairs. Very nicely made.
There is also a trail down to the beach where there are stairs dug into the ground. The beach is very nice, smaller, with plenty of sand to play in.
(Sorry I didn’t get any pictures of the headlands or the beach)

Is a beautiful place to visit. Was there on a Thursday morning and we were only people there. Definitely will visit again. Brief walk down to beach.
