I have thoroughly enjoyed jersey scoops! I’ve come here anytime I’m in town or at the eureka Friday markets. Love me the Danish cookie butter in the past, and you have to try their lemon lavender or humyum caramel!! Always so milky, and I always bring my friends here when they’re visiting (:

The best ice cream in the county–including a lot of cool collab flavors with local farmers and food/drink makers and lactose-free options. Also the best waffle cones we’ve had: not too thick, and no dripping from the bottom. They’ve recently added a nice selection of sandwiches and a soup and salad; we loved the chive grilled cheese, po’boy, and pesto chicken salad. The food is reasonably priced, the atmosphere is great, and the owners are committed to the community.

We drove in today from Eureka just to try Jersey Scoops. It did not disappoint, it actually exceeded my expectations, and I already had high expectations that it would be phenomenal. They had a great flavor variety to pick from. I went with Peaches & Cream, my kiddos picked Strawberry, and Mint Chip, they were all so delicious. The inside of the ice cream shop showcases products from other small local businesses as well, such a great way to support the community and shop local. The refrigerator section had a nice variety of drinks, local milks, cheeses, and other goodies. 10/10 recommend!
