So I have been to several chiropractic doctors and they all have had decent results but would be very short term relief. I was recommended by a friend about 2 years ago to James Diaz and I have been going to him ever since . I find that he has different methods of adjusting that I did not receive anywhere else. I do believe that this is why now my pain relief is much more long lasting. I have weeks if not longer where I do not have any pain at all and if anything comes back it’s just tightness. He has always been good at taking last minute appointments for me and helping me get back to having no pain or discomfort. I’m sure not everyone gets the same results as each person’s situation is different. I work for a high pace heavy lifting job so I have all the right job to cause issue physically. I would recommend James Diaz any time and have to several people I know and they all have the same results. Thank you for reading hope this helped anyone that was looking for a good chiropractor.

After months of sleepless nights and constant pain, I was in tears. I called Dr. Diaz’s office Friday afternoon and was seen Saturday. Sunday night, I actually giggled in bed because for the first time in months, my pain and numbness, in my arms, neck, back were almost gone. I can write pages about Dr. Diaz’s knowledge, professionalism and empathy, but I hope this will suffice. Oh, let’s not forget about Maria, his receptionist, as she was great too. The office is clean and peaceful. It is now Monday, I feel so much better and am looking forward to my weekly/monthly visits. Don’t wait like I did. My smile is back!!!!

Dr. Diaz has moved to 486 n. State Street , Ukiah. He is the most skilled chiropractor I have ever been to. In addition, his fees are very reasonable, and he takes Medicare. I have been treated by him for over a year with excellent results for my persistent lower back pain and neck and shoulder pain. I do not hesitate to recommend him to all my friends. In fact, many of my friends get their therapy from him. He is great!!
