I really enjoyed the short ribs. It was tender and flavorful. Noodles really soaked up the sauce. But there is an option to have mashed potatoes instead and I think it would really soak the flavor.
The burger was large and thick and juicy.

had a lovely evening here with live music, great food, and a relaxed atmosphere. The salmon with mashed potatoes and asparagus was delicious and nicely prepared. We also enjoyed the salad, artichoke and fries. Everything was flavorful! Live jazz was a great addition.

It was my first time in Calistoga and my husband and I were walking around the town when we heard the live music from this place, we could not just kept walking, the vibe there was phenomenal! This group of people were having the time of their lives, it was so entertaining and fun! There’s so much talent there, it was an amazing experience. Thank you guys for enjoying what you do and for spreading that much happiness.

Hydro Grill offered good menu choices along with friendly, timely staff, and a comfortable atmosphere. Our appetizer of fried calamari was light and perfectly paired with a chipotle aioli, I very much enjoyed the rich flavor of the vintner beef stew with garlic mashed potatoes, and my partner’s burger was thick and cooked perfectly. I also appreciated that the music was low key, adding to the experience, rather than taking away from it as is too often the case

My experience here was fantastic. The ambiance was nice, and the friendly staff made our visit feel special. After self-seating, we were attended to immediately, which was great. I ordered the grilled chicken salad, while my girlfriend had the fish tacos. Both meals were full of flavor and came at a surprisingly reasonable price. Although we don’t drink anymore, the bar here is impressive, featuring an extensive drink menu. I can’t wait to return soon to try more entrees. This place is a great stop!
