We were visiting the area from out of state. Unfortunately picked this establishment from reviews. It was the WORST experience I’ve ever had. We were a party of 6. Our waitress was rude, condescending and lacked any kind of professional interaction with customers. I specially asked for my salmon to be cooked medium rare but it was served overcooked. She argued about the wine selection and answered one of our party after being asked for a recommendation with “I can’t read your mind”. The manager was contacted about an overcharge on the bill and he committed to a small credit after being informed of our experience. It’s been two months and no refund but I really didn’t expect anything differenent. There are good restaurants in the area just not this one. If you want a relaxing , enjoyable meals, look somewhere else.
Great atmosphere and view looks like would be amazing (it was cloudy the evening we were here). The crab cakes were very good. I had an exceptional rack of lamb. My wife had shrimp tacos that was good but had an aioli that was a little spicy for her. The staff provided her some of the aioli from the crab cakes, which she enjoyed.
This was a very disappointing dining experience. The staff’s attitude was unfriendly and unprofessional, and at times it honestly made us feel uncomfortable and singled out, almost as if we were being treated differently.
They also got our order wrong despite confirming it beforehand. Although the menu stated that adding extra shrimp costs $15, I believe the staff should still verbally confirm additional charges with customers when reviewing the order.
On top of that, the service was extremely slow — the clam chowder I ordered took nearly an hour to arrive. Worst of all, there were ants in the fried squid, which raised serious concerns about the restaurant’s hygiene standards.
Overall, the experience left a very bad impression, and I would not return.
We were lucky this spot was open on thanksgiving and they fit us in when I think they might have mostly been taking reservations that day.
We appreciated getting a spot, and the service was great. It was a little slow but we can’t really complain because they might have been short staffed on thanksgiving.
Unfortunately didn’t get a photo of the food, but we got oysters, halibut and risotto, and the seafood pasta with a curry sauce. The seafood pasta was okay, not bad but not amazing. Oysters were just okay. The halibut was great! This was our favorite.
We also loved the cocktail (I think it was called love potion) and the crème brûlée dessert. Loved that the cocktail had fresh raspberry puree. Overall, I think prices and quality were pretty fair. Maybe just a tad overpriced but we were still satisfied. I’d go back!

Our six year old was treated very well.

10/10 very good French food.
I haven’t had escargot for years. I tried them and they are still good.

Pretty good food and fine service!
