Charlotte is always wonderful and super informative! We have never left with any questions or any problems. We’ll continue to have our taxes done with her for years to come!

Had a great experience at this location. I went in to make an appointment early in March, expecting that since it was a busy time of year, I’d just take whatever I could get. But a tax professional squeezed me in and was almost done with my taxes before I even realized she was doing them. I worry about finances quite a bit, so she really took quite a weight off my mind. She was friendly, professional, efficient, and the fact that she was able to squeeze me in on the spot probably saved me some insomnia. I don’t really expect that kind of service, but I appreciate it when it happens, and I appreciate this tax professional. In general, I trust H&R Block and find it convenient, but it’s experiences like this that keep me happy to come back.

Mandy has been assisting us with our taxes for years, we’re very happy with her reliable, pleasant professionalism and great service. Worth the cost, relieving us from the stress of dealing with the IRS.

Sue is amazing. We trust her with our taxes year after year. We drive over 3 hours to come to her specifically. We appreciate the great quality of service we always receive while in her care.

Sue is AMAZING! I am a single Mother and she is my lifesaver, she is ALWAYS there for me. She makes me feel so comfortable and cared about. And, of course, she is a master at what she does. I’ve dealt with many CPA’s in my 58 years and Sue is head and shoulders above the rest. And, she always spends that extra time helping me and won’t take any payment for it. I always used to think H & R Block was just a quick tax place, Sue has shown me just how wrong I was, she is so much more!
