After losing our home to a fire nine years ago, our rebuild was plagued by serious construction defects, and Holly Construction is the company that finally made it right. The scope of their work was enormous: removing and reinstalling all of our stucco, removing and installing 20 support beams and posts, replacing 75 sheets of shear wall, removing and installing many of our windows and doors, tearing out and re-tiling two showers, extensive painting both inside and out, and completely redoing our decks and railings. Every bit of it was done beautifully.

But what set them apart wasn’t just the quality of the work. It was the professionalism and genuine care they showed us as we walked through what has been a long, hard journey. The team was a pleasure to work with, communicated with us continuously, and never once hit us with unexpected charges. In fact, their fees were remarkably reasonable and fair.

I hope we’re done with building projects for a long time — but if we ever need a builder again, I’d call Holly Construction in a hot minute. I recommend them without reservation.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Craftsmanship, Knowledge, and Service!
We recently hired Holly Construction, Inc. for a major renovation project, building out our new studio facilities for Northern California Public Media (PBS/NPR), and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, organized, and incredibly detail oriented. Holly kept us informed at every stage, listened to our ideas, and offered creative solutions that improved upon the original design, which couldn’t have foreseen every decision that would need to be made. Holly was “on top of it” all through the project.

The quality of their work exceeded our expectations — everything was completed on time, UNDER budget, and the new facility is now a valued community center for news, children’s media, and music performance.

I highly recommend Holly Construction, Inc. to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and trustworthy contractors. NorCal Public Media couldn’t be happier with the results.

Holly Construction did excellent work on the repair of our church’s drive-through portico. In addition to the replacement of the damaged beam and kickers and stucco work, they left the place better than it was before the accident. Very professional and personable, I highly recommend them.
