I don’t even know where to begin

I’m still here and I’m here for a total of 31 nights

First week out I thought I would be low maintenance. Didn’t have anybody clean my room for four or five nights I left on a Friday to come back on a Sunday. No one cleaned my room. The sign was off the door, so there is no excuse.

Then when they did clean my room, it was horrible. All the tables and countertops still had any kind of mess on them. The carpets did not get vacuumed. There were still stuff on the floor. Also, the floors are very dirty. Here you walk around barefooted long enough in the bottom of your feet get dark.

The bathroom never got cleaned correctly. The countertops are dirty toilet bowl nobody ever cleaned so you can only imagine what the toilet bowl look like after a week of using it with no scrubber or nothing to take care of it.

I made this aware of the upper management. They seem like they were going to take care of things. Even the person ahead of household, cleaned my room one day that day was actually pretty nice.

And they left me an email stating we’re sorry for your bathroom the way it has been taken care of was totally unacceptable

We’re going to give you Thousand points for your inconvenience
All I could do is laugh out loud on that one 1000 points is worth five dollars

So a whole week of me sending videos to the upper management every day I walk back into my room I would take a new video for them. Remind you this is after the week that I already stayed here. This was the following week finally on a Friday my room was cleaned, right so it took five days for anybody to even really inspect to make sure things were taken care of right

They offered me 1000 points on my rewards for five dollars is what that totals to I told management geez you would think you guys would give me one night free or something

Nope That did not happen. Now on the following weekend, which was last night people who have no concern or respect for anybody else we’re just sitting there chatting in the hallway, half the night and super noisy in their room Granite that was before 10 PM by 11 they were going nuts 2 o’clock. I had to call the front desk. They came up told them please be quiet. I had to call the front desk again. They came up again, so needless to say after working six straight days needing some rest it was impossible last night. Now let’s talk about the hotel itself. It’s very sad because the hotel isn’t a great location. Looks fantastic from the outside and when you first walk in the rooms are spacious, but this is the most cheapest built hotel I have ever stayed in. You can hear every little thing and I am a pretty heavy sleeper. You can hear everybody just barely walking up top. You can hear every little thing they do when they use the bathroom, you can hear them using the bathroom when they’re taking a shower. You can hear the drain pipe going down the wall. You can hear the slightest noise in the hallway. You can hear the slightest noise out in the parking lot. I don’t know what they were thinking when they built this hotel but obviously there is no soundproofing at all it is literally the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at and that’s saying a lot considering I travel all over Europe and the United States and South America and this one is probably by far one of the worst when it comes to noise level for hearing the slightest little thing. ,,

Unfortunately, I will never book with these guys again after this day. It’s a bummer love the location love the look of the hotel, but can’t deal with horrible cleaning and noise level.

Rooms were very clean, breakfast was so delicious and I was happy with the parking as well.
Price was adorable

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast — no Michelin-rated meal, but great for a hotel. Reasonable price. I was very pleased. The beds are comfortable and the little things, like good water pressure in the shower, added a great deal of comfort to a four-night business stay. If you want a walking experience in the downtown area, this is not for you. But if you want a quiet stay in a clean room with nothing in the way of enjoying your trip, this is a good contender.
