TLDR: The single crepe we ordered was fairly good. The lady who took our order however, was quite unpleasant, and the order took an absurdly long time.

When we ordered, after we paid they told us it would be about half an hour. That’s long, but we were at the 4th of July festival and things were busy, so that’s fine. We had ordered an on menu item but asked them to remove some of the toppings out child doesn’t like. The woman taking the order seemed incredulous someone would want any toppings removed, but young kids are picky sometimes. A few minutes later our buzzer rang. We were surprised as it had only been a few minutes. When we came to get our food, they told us it was not for us, and asked if we had even ordered yet. (Obviously we had, we have your buzzer…) About 10 minutes later the fried chicken sandwich and rice bowl we had ordered from another food truck just before we made this order was ready. It took around 15 minutes and they appeared equally busy.

Around the half hour mark, we went by to check on our order. By this point our toddler was getting pretty hungry, and given the buzzer mixup earlier we weren’t positive our order hadn’t been buzzed to someone else. They apologized for the wait, said it would be about 15 minutes more, and offered us a complementary hibiscus tea, which was very nice.

40 minutes later, our buzzer finally went off and we got the crepe wrapped around turkey and cheese we had ordered an hour and 10 minutes earlier. The crepe was a little undercooked, but the turkey and cheese were good. Another lady was ordering and the person taking the order warned her it might be a little while, then said “some people don’t understand good food takes time” while pointedly staring at us.

I understand good food takes time. I don’t understand why a partially cooked crepe with melted cheese and turkey slices takes an hour and 10 minutes…

Delicious drinks and food! Their matcha drinks are so good, and I get the classic crepe every time I go now!
