Went in today around a little after 2 this afternoon and the house was packed to the max! No place to sit. So figured it would take awhile so me and my kids settled in. Within 10-15 minutes it was our turn. A sweet young woman by the name of Cynthia was manning the operation, holding down the fort and multi-tasking like a boss! She was kind, professional, and super efficient, spinning so many plates all at once. It was so impressive!! And her customer service was so on point! She wasn’t panicked or frazzled and just kept her cool, calm, sweet demeanor the entire time! You just don’t get that kind of service everywhere. Whatever they are paying her, she deserves a raise! She explained the process to me and got my vehicle registered at lightning speed. Definitely beat sitting at the dmv! She is amazing! Happy registrations is so lucky they have her (wo)manning the show. Definitely 10/10 highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed! Cynthia, if you are reading this, thank you again! The best customer service! Cynthia is the best. They are always helpful, knowledgeable, experienced, intelligent, economical. Best in town, highly recommended. 10x better than the DMV. And they have a puppy, Peluche!
