I really don’t think the Service department at Hansel Volkswagen of Santa Rosa could be any more fabulous! 5-stars all the way!

Kirsten & Christian and the entire service department team are first and foremost, lovely humans.

We always feel welcomed when we come in and they are very honest and genuine when we talk through any kind of service issues or challenges (which honestly have been very few in the grand scheme because our 2018 Volkswagen Atlas runs like a well-oiled beast/machine)!

The waiting area is very comfortable and I love that they have a couple of tables so I can come in and set up my computer station to crank out some work while I’m waiting. They also have complementary coffee, tea and water, which is really nice when you’re sitting here for a couple of hours.

Everyone that I encounter at Hansel Volkswagen is kind and friendly.

For a dealership, service prices are relatively reasonable and I always feel like they’ve addressed everything I’m concerned about before I leave.

If you buy a VW definitely buy it from Hansel VW and definitely get it serviced at Hansel Volkswagen in Santa Rosa. You won’t be sorry – it’s a fantastic crew at a great location.

My Touareg was brought in with all the engine seals leaking. The mechanic, Daniel, took the body off the chassis and dismantled the engine to reveal the seals. I was horrified at first but Daniel seemed totally competent and did an excellent job. So fat the engine seals don’t leak.
Zach was my initial service manager but he left the company for another opportunity. He was excellent at communicating and kept me abreast of all what was happening. Kristen took over and also was good at letting me know what was going on.
This was an extensive service. Hansel VW loaned me a car during this repair and I was grateful.
Although it was an expensive repair, it was far cheaper than buying a new car.
