Had a great Lunch a couple of days ago at a new Restaurant in Fairfield!
The Restaurant is Gusto al Gusto at 201 Travis Blvd. The place has been remodeled. Super clean place and wonderful food.

I had the 3 Taco plate which I picked my own choices, Carne Asada, Carnitas & Birria.
The chips were definitely not from a bag, thick and made there. The salsa was mild so you can spice it up or ask for some hot stuff. The service was great and I will certainly be back!

I have nothing bad to say about this restaurant other than I wish I would have found it sooner! It’s very welcoming, a cute restaurant, with a fantastic atmosphere. Staff is very polite and welcoming, most importantly our server Yatziri (Atari). She was helpful in making decisions about what to order and was great to talk to. The food took about 20 minutes to come out. I was not upset with this At all because everything is fresh and made to order. The food was PHENOMENAL. We started with Queso Fundido for an appetizer with fresh chips and flour tortillas. The queso was perfect and the chorizo was not spicy at all. The chips were excellent, not stale or super salty, just perfectly crispy. The salsa was sooooo good. A slight kick but not too spicy. The cantarito Paloma was delicious in the cutest cantarito. We ordered two entrees. The quesa birria tacos were excellent. The perfect amount of juicy meat but not super greasy. We also ordered the enchiladas suizas (chicken) with green sauce. And this was by far my favorite. The rice and beans were also great. I have no complaints. I will be back and be sure to tell others about this restaurant. Thank you for serving us!

excellent carnitas burrito al super was delicious comes with small salad cucumber s orange Y tomatoes on side..good portion of guac too! courteous service cool family friendly ambience best in Fairfield! top off with a delicious orchata! Da te Gusto!
