I was craving something fresh and spicy and convinced hubby to stop on our way back to the city. We ordered 1 aguachiles and a pitcher of lime Margarita. Because we sat directly in front of the bar, I was able to see the bartender fixing drinks. I saw him start a pitcher using a big can of orange concentrate and never saw him use one lime so i just figured it was someone else’s order, but no. The pitcher was all canned orange juice and a wedge of fresh orange thrown in. It tasted horrible and the taste of canned juice couldn’t be masked by one wedge of orange. I instantly regretted ordering the pitcher over just a couple of margaritas at almost $40 a pitcher! They took about an hour to bring out the food, which had me worried because its just shrimp in spicy lime juice and they were not that busy(hubby kept teasing that they were unfreezing the shrimp). Finally the order comes out and again, at $38 an order I expected a little more than six shrimp cut in half (the long way). While we did enjoy the flavor it just wasnt worth it. Btw, the waitress that brought out the pitcher never returned to check on us after bringing out the drinks and we didnt get any attention til another waitress brought us the food. We were less than satisfied to say the least. We ended up paying at the counter because both waitresses never returned. Oh, we were only able to do half of the “margarita pitcher” it was pretty bad. The end result , $80 plus $10 tip(hubby didn’t even wanna leave a tip). Yeah, we will not be returning.

I had the grilled chicken burrito and it was sooo good. It was my first time there. My best friend took me. I will definitely be bk to try more. A guy was singing, I enjoyed it even though I don’t speak Spanish.
