My husband, mother‑in‑law, and I had a fantastic experience at Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant in Redding, CA. From the moment I called ahead with questions about our food sensitivities, Alondra’s attentiveness and genuine care stood out. She took the time to explain what accommodations could be made, and when we arrived, her warm reception made us feel immediately at ease.

The food was delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and served in generous portions. Most importantly, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our sensitivity needs were fully respected. Their willingness to accommodate made our meal not just enjoyable, but stress‑free.

We very highly recommend Guadalajara to anyone looking for excellent food, kind service, and a team that truly listens to their guests’ needs.

Man…. I had a small flashback to Las Vegas number one Mexican restaurant, Casa Don Juan, downtown. I had to work in Redding yesterday from Sacramento and we pushed lunch to later in the day because of the rain. My coworker suggested Guadalajara on our way home. SMH….. my Primo salad was so good. The veggies was seasoned just right and simply delicious. My protein was chicken and IT was delicious as well. I had a very nice portion and was fulfilled when I was done eating. I’m definitely taken my wife for a weekend drive and we’ll mysteriously end up at Guadalajara. Very worthy place to visit.
