Gasquet Mobile Home Park is well laid out, does not feel crowded like some do, and has a great small town community feel to it! It also has a beautiful mountain backdrop and grounds. The community garden, pond, Redwood trees, and walking trails in the woods are also a great positives as well. The managers are great and address any issues quickly and fairly.

Best place to live the landlords are amazing. The grounds are beautiful. The neighnorhood is prefect for kids in one area. Also has a top phase where it’s more suited for 55+ it’s quiet up there.
