I had a wonderful massage with Gabriel Sherry yesterday at the Sweetwater Inn and Spa in Mendocino. The massage had elements of Swedish and Thai styles and was both relaxing and rejuvenating. I appreciate Gabriel’s calm presence and approach to massage, that he listened carefully to what I was looking for, and that he mindfully focused on the areas of my body that needed the most attention. Gabriel brought his Thai massage mat to my house, and he gave me a very relaxing session. I’d never experienced this style before, and I was surprised to be fully clothed during the massage. However, I was able to really relax while being stretched and worked on, and my lower back and hips haven’t felt this good in years.
I really love the spa setting, and I know the experience will be even better once Gabriel finds a permanent location for his practice.
