Found an armoire I wanted yesterday, was given a price. Returned the next day to buy it. Different salesman, told him the price I was given by the previous salesman . The salesman said, well I don’t know. Asked me if I could return tomorrow. I asked him if he could call the salesman that gave me the price. He never replied to me so I asked him did you call him? He said he texted him. He couldn’t even take the time to communicate that to me. Worse service I have ever experienced and I told him so. Very disappointing.

I have bought all my furniture from Furniture Design Center. They deliver and take the old stuff. I appreciate them each time I buy from them. I am getting ready to buy more this week.

These guys came up my stairs with furniture putting gashes and scrashes on every step on the way up. When I called and let them know the manager there said there is nothing he can do for me and if I wanted to go buy some paint he would send somebody out to paint my laminate stairs. Don’t go to furniture design center!!!

The salesman was great.
The delivery driver tore off my gutter down spout off the side of my house when leaving.
The Manager was extremely rude to me when I wanted them to hire a professional to buy and install a new one. He wanted the delivery guys to fix it. Ridiculous.
He was so unprofessional I just ended up hiring someone to replace it for me and paid it out-of-pocket.
Never will buy from them again.

Very happy with my experience here. We needed all new furniture & found the most stunning sheesham table & coffee bar. They even delivered it & set our bed up for us. These guys are great. Due to COVID we had to wait quite a while for the matching bar stools but thats totally not their fault. I am only mentioning it because I see alot neg reviews about the wait time & I don’t think its fair to blame them.
