While the service was quite slow, I understand that busy days and new staff happen, so that wasn’t my main concern. We ordered the “Hot Ranch Chicken Bacon Avocado Sandwich”, but it arrived without avocado and was, unfortunately, not enjoyable.

We politely mentioned the missing avocado to our server, as we come from a family of servers and understand that mistakes happen. Instead of a simple apology or correction, some lady from the kitchen loudly remarked, “They obviously didn’t read the menu” despite the menu clearly listing avocado as an ingredient. Being spoken about that way was both unnecessary and unprofessional.

To make matters worse, we were still charged for the incorrect sandwich. It’s unfortunate because this used to be one of my favorite places. Sadly after this experience, I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend it to friends or family.

Crazy that you limit comments on your ranting Facebook post after someone left you a *sounds like a really well-deserved* bad review. That way the only comments left are an echo chamber for how you want people to see you. The fact that you so obviously Facebook stalked the lady who posted in order to try to throw a dig at her bread business is so unprofessional. Amazing how you couldn’t, as a business owner, step back and realize you and your employees MIGHT have made a few mistakes and just APOLOGIZE. Giving 1 star because that’s the least I can give.
Been here myself and originally didn’t leave a review because it was so underwhelming and over-priced.
Edited to add: Owner, instead of acknowledging any concerns, has once again reverted to outright rudeness/ sarcasm in her reply (and blocked me from her fbpage). And she also apparently Facebook stalked me as well in order to get a specific dig at me, lol. Dipped from unprofessional to downright unhealthy.

Amazing food staff and atmosphere. Such a cute little gem in this wonderful town. We stopped here after a bike ride around the buttes. Great selection of food and very accommodating. The jalapeno biscuit was absolutely scrumptious. Will definitely be dining here again.
