Used cars for sale in Santa Rosa, CA is what brought me to Fito’s Auto Sales, but the way they treated me is what made the experience memorable. It is easy to find a place willing to sell you a car. It is much harder to find people who still care after the sale is done. Fito’s Auto Sales truly goes above and beyond to take care of their customers, even when the transaction is already complete and they have nothing left to gain.

I’ve had two experiences here one years ago when the dad still owned and had an amazing experience buying and with the vehicle. 3 months ago I sold my car after having a baby to buy a larger one. I came with 7,000$ cash and bought a $12,000 van. Both women helping let me start by saying are very friendly and respectful. 2 days after leaving the lot (with my child and 4 week old baby in the dead of summer) the ac went out. Obviously upset I contacted them they did replace for free and I just paid for the parts. Ac went out again and very loud squealing from brakes not even a week later. Again they did replace after they’re mechanic yelled profanities at my husband while I was holding our newborn and my 3 year old was in the vehicle telling us “it’s a used car what do you expect”. One lady seemed genuinely apologetic for his behavior while the other not so much. With a used car from a used dealership I expect not to spend 12,000$ on a car with 164,000 miles and a boat load of problems. Fast forward a week the car would randomly not turn on. When it did it would struggle greatly. Again I contacted them. Again she took the car and kept it for a few days to observe the issues I was experiencing. She states there were no issues and sometimes these cars have a rep for doing this. She also said she would extend our warranty to cover the starting issue (since of course this happened 1 day after warranty) welp I’ve now had the car for about 3 months (half the time didn’t even have it while paying since they were “fixing” it) the vehicle now doesn’t turn on. I’m left with a brand new baby and no vehicle or saving since I spent it all on this car. I wish I could just get my 7000$ back and take a loss on the rest of the payments I’ve made. Took to a mechanic who said the fuel pump is bad along with major suspension issues, transmission issues, and the start stop button is malfunctioning. I was estimated almost 10,000$ to fix just these. I’m at a absolute loss and honestly this is probably one of the shitiest things that’s happened. Better off buying 3 cars of Facebook for cheaper and less problems even with the scams.
