It is hard to put into words how special Eric has made our experiences at Fisher Winery.

We first met Eric during our 2×1 tasting in February, and from the very beginning, he made us feel like we were being welcomed into something much deeper than a wine tasting. His knowledge of the Fisher family history, the vintages, the climates, the vineyards, and the stories behind each bottle was incredible, but what stayed with us most was the care and pride with which he shared it all. It was clear that Eric is not just representing Fisher; he is helping carry forward the spirit of the family and the place itself.

In our 10 years together, wine has been something we have always loved to share, explore, and learn more about. It has marked trips, celebrations, quiet weekends, and the simple joy of discovering something new together. That is part of what made our first visit with Eric so meaningful and a big reason we decided to join the Fisher wine club.

This past weekend, we came back and brought our daughter for the first time. As we sat in the Adirondack chairs overlooking the beautiful property, my husband and I both said out loud how rare it is to feel such a real sense of belonging somewhere. We belong to wonderful, well-established wine clubs in the valley and beyond, but Fisher has become something different for us. It feels meaningful. It feels like a place we are genuinely grateful to return to.

Eric, thank you for remembering so many details about our family, for making us feel seen and welcomed, for sharing your knowledge so generously, and for making every visit feel like coming back to a place that already knows us. You have played such a meaningful role in why Fisher feels so special to us, and we are already impatient to come back! 🙂
