We love Fiesta Taco and have been coming here for many years. We stopped by the other night and had an exceptional experience. The woman taking orders was super friendly and took time to explain ingredients in all their salsas in the salsa bar, gave us churros for dessert, offered plates and utensils since we were taking it to go. She was very friendly, generous. We loved our dinner, super burritos with el pastor, chicken, taco plate and churros were perfect. Thank you fiesta taco for making our outing so enjoyable!! We will be back soon!!

Overall, the food and service were really good except the guacamole.
Loved their fresh salad and salsa bar, unlike other stores, they provide fresh homemade chips. Will definitely go again.

We’ve been going here for years, one of our go-to places in Pleasanton. This time I thought I would get their vegetarian burrito but have them add shrimp to it and it was perfect.
Pretty much cannot go wrong here, it’s a very community oriented place, lot of local Roots and they support local sports teams. They have a couple of TVs and the seating area is very open and airy with a high ceiling. Prices are reasonable, they’ve got all sorts of drinks available, and there’s plenty of parking. Cannot go wrong here and the people behind the counter are really nice and helpful.

The taco spot might not blow you away with flavor, but the food definitely looks inviting on the plate. Where this place really shines is in its quick and efficient service, making it a great option if you’re in a hurry. The interior has a cool, cabin-like feel with wooden walls and simple Mexican dolls decorating the space, creating a quaint and cozy vibe that makes it a charming place to chill out. If you’re looking for a laid-back spot with a good atmosphere and decent eats, this is definitely worth a visit.
