Ozzy, my hygienist, has performed both deep cleanings and standard cleanings for several years. Across many decades and six states, he is the most knowledgeable and skilled hygienist I’ve ever had. Ozzy makes keen observations, coaches good personal dental habits, and offers thoughtful recommendations for maintenance and treatment. He is truly a master hygienist.
Dr. Sergio Monraz, along with his skilled assistant, prepared three teeth for the precise placement of three custom crowns made from advanced dental materials. Dr. Payam Behradnia, another highly experienced and professional dentist, consulted with me both before and after the procedure to thoroughly explain the process and address any concerns. Dr. Behradnia is an empathic listener who put my mind at ease.
The front office staff handles payments, scheduling, and appointment reminders efficiently and professionally. Kara, in particular, is exceptional at explaining charges and navigating insurance matters.
My overall experience with EZ Smile has been excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone searching for a quality local family dental practice. ☺

I took my elderly mother to this Office EZ Smile Dental Group in Santa Rosa and they did xrays and gave us an estimate for the dental work that needed to be done. We thought their estimate was pretty high. So we went to a few other dental offices to get more estimates for the exact same dental work and the same materials that EZ Smiles said they would use. The difference was very significant, several thousands of dollars. After reading all the negative reviews, I am so glad that I chose not to do business with EZ Smiles. This place should be investigated. You have been warned!

If you want a Walmart like experience for your teeth. If you wanna guess at what you’re paying without anybody ever telling you. If you want a pull up a shop really quick make as much money with as many clients as possible. Don’t communicate with them and shove them out the door after taking their money type Dentist this is a place for you.
They were exceptional at lying through their teeth as they tell you one thing charge you for another without ever skipping a beat
They are high class when it comes to forcing you to do things you’ve told them you don’t want to do
If you’re anything like me and enjoy sitting in a chair and being surprised which face might greet you from one appointment to another without being introduced to anyone, then you’ve come to the right place
And lastly, I commend them for employing a number of people who seem to never have had experience before in the dental field. Giving opportunities for those who otherwise wouldn’t.
