Buying a car can be intimidating, but my experience at Eureka Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat was anything but.
It started with Eden, who answered all of my questions over the phone with patience and detail. Although he wasn’t there the day I came in, he made sure I was taken care of. Sam greeted us and immediately made us feel comfortable. Vinny made the test drive enjoyable, walked us through the vehicle’s features, and answered every question we had. My wife and I had an engine failure 40 miles north of Eureka, Ca in our Ram eco diesel which failed. So we called the Eureka Ram service department and told them we were being towed in by AAA …the fact that Sam Frank and Eden Marquez were helpful, and Eden above and beyond helpful, we were able to drive away Saturday afternoon at 2:30 PM having arrived at 2pm on Friday with a blown 2017 eco diesel and leaving 24 hours later in a 2025 1500 gas engine Ram that pulled our 17 ft. trailer home just fine.
